MONDAY 23rd
The Martin Lewis Money Show (ITV, 8pm) Series 5 of the consumer money-saving magazine show. Presented by Martin Lewis & Saira Khan. (1/10)
Tomorrow's Food (BBC1, 9pm) New series examining how our food is grown, bought and eaten. Presented by Dara O'Briain. (1/3)
Sepp Blatter Exposed: The Fall of FIFA (Channel 5, 9pm) Documentary looking at the scandal that engulfed FIFA and its controversial leader.
Young, Trans & Looking for Love (BBC3, 9pm) Documentary about a couple of people in love who are both changing their genders.

TUESDAY 24th
Emergency: Trains v Weather (ITV, 8pm) Documentary about the work being done by railway maintenance teams and engineers to ensure the network stays running during winter.
The House of Hypochondriacs (Channel 4, 8pm) Medical documentary where Dr Christian Jensen helps three people with health anxiety, trying to relieve their hypochondria.
Capital (BBC1, 9pm) New drama about an affluent south London street, who each receive mysterious notes through their door. Starring Toby Jones, Lesley Sharp, Wunmi Mosaku, Adeel Akhtari, Danny Ashock & Mona Goodwin. (1/3)
Blindspot (Sky Living, 9pm) New U.S mystery crime drama about a woman with amnesia discovered in Times Square by the FBI, whose body is covered in tattoos that are clues to solving various crimes. Starring Jaimie Alexander, Sullivan Stapleton, Marianne Jean-Baptiste & Rob Brown. (1/22)
The Truth About Child Sex Abuse (BBC2, 10pm) Documentary investigating the statistics behind child sexual abuse in the UK.
Charli XCX: The F-Word & Me (BBC3, 10.30pm) Music special following the singer-songwriter one summer.


WEDNESDAY 25th
The Supervet (Channel 4, 8pm) Series 4 of the veterinary show. (1/5)
Suspects (Channel 5, 10pm) Series 4 of the crime drama following three detectives, loosely improvised around a basic plot. Starring Damien Molony, Clare-Hope Ashitey, Fay Ripley & Benjamin Davies. (1/4)

THURSDAY 26th
Alex Polizzi's Italian Islands (Channel 5, 8pm) New travelogue where Alex Polizzi investigates her heritage by exploring Italy's islands. (1/4)
The World's Most Expensive Food (Channel 4, 9pm) Documentary about an upmarket network that billionaires use to purchase luxury foods.
Stoked Up in Stoke: Fighting Men (BBC3, 9pm) Documentary about cage fighting, following two newcomers to the sport in Stoke-on-Trent.

FRIDAY 27th
Nothing. Bake a cake.

SATURDAY 28th

SUNDAY 29th
Guy Martin: Last Flight of the Vulcan Bomber (Channel 4, 7.30pm) Documentary about a group restoring the famous British-made Vulcan bomber.
